The 5 Tibetans
The five "Tibetans" are a mental as well as a physical process that essentially combines five body and energy exercises.
The goal of the "Five Tibetans" is to improve the health and vitality of the human being while taking into account both physical and mental well-being. According to traditional beliefs, the 5 Tibetans should enable man to regenerate his energy reservoir and regain his powers, which are often lost or severely affected in everyday life. I know that there are some "experts" who doubt this. But two facts are clear:
- Any kinds of training can keep you young and may turn back time.

So let's get to the 5 Tibetans. These were first mentioned and discussed in the 1939 book "The Five Tibetans" by Peter Kelder. In this book, Kelder refers to a retired British officer named Colonel Bradford, who sets out on a journey to locate the source of eternal youth.
After a few years, the colonel returns from a Tibetan monastery, rejuvenated. During his stay in that monastery, he became acquainted with special rites, the use of which helped to rejuvenate his body and his spirit.
Returning from his journey, he teaches more people mentioned in the book the five Tibetans. Finally, at the end of the story, the Colonel sets out again on the journey and assumes the role of a Messiah, who has made it his mission to "reveal" the five Tibetan exercises to other people.
Meanwhile, the Five Tibetans are also attracting much attention in the "real world", especially in the 1980s and 90s of the last century. Meanwhile, those exercises are practiced daily by a growing number of people.
The five Tibetan exercises are reaching more and more people on the basis of recommendations from doctors and offers from fitness centers, spa hotels, companies and even Community Colleges.
